Women's Workshops: Word Release
Word Release is a one day workshop in the Women's Workshops series. Gather your old journals, letters and lists and get ready to send your words from your past on their merry way. We will begin our time together reflecting and sharing (and writing for those who have already purged their journals), followed by cutting, tearing and ripping our old words that are ready to be released. Through collage and painting we will transform our stories from the past into hopes and dreams for the future!

Group Class: Limited to 6 women
Women's Workshops is a gathering for women who want to create, play and connect. We will find solace together through creative and non-traditional projects focussed on self-expression, intuition and rule breaking. All are welcome, accepted and encouraged to join and play! Women's Workshops is an ongoing series of individual workshops. Stay tuned for new and upcoming workshops being added to the Women’s Workshop series.
