The color palette for my Hills Trio was inspired during the wildfires in Northern California. The sky was an alarming orange & pink for days while we sheltered from the smoke. Needing to create something positive and healing, I transformed the first layers of collage into hills filled with new growth. The rain comes down on the hills in this piece, cooling the fiery hills with blue.

Rain on the Hills is an original mixed media painting on a canvas that is .5 inches deep. Measuring 12 x 12 inches, the sides of the painting are white. Rain on the Hills is wired and ready to hang.
